Sadly no. There are millions of little sperm and the odds of you cleaning them all out are none. Douching is also not good for you. The vagina has a delicate balance of good bacteria. It has it's own self cleaning system, and douching is taking this good bacteria away. It is completely unnecessary and I don't recommend it.
