Fetishes

Everyone has a fetish, you may not realize that. Some of them are more extreme then others, some are very innocent. I’ve made a list of more extreme fetishes, hopefully you’ll feel more normal about your fetishes. As long as your fetish doesn’t hurt you or anyone else (including animals), then there is no harm in indulging!
There are many more fetishes then the ones listed here, but it gives you an idea of the wide variety out there.

Pain Fetishes

BDSM or Bondage and Discipline or Domination and Submission or Sadism and Masochism or Sadomasachism

BDSM is the pleasure of pain.
BDSM is so popular we may as well start with it. BDSM or any variation is a huge subject to encompass. So we will touch on the finer points. BDSM goes back far into history and seems to be a classical choice. Most people engage in BDSM without realizing it.

Body Fetishes

Bodily Functions

The sexual attraction to bodily functions
This can encompass a large range of bodily functions. And it certainly isn’t for everyone.
Emetrophilia aka. Vomerophilia, Roman Showers, Rainbow Showers, Erotic Vomiting. The sexual attraction to a persons vomit.
Eproctophilia aka. Flatuphilia. This is the infatuation with farts.
Klismaphilia This is the pleasure of purging one’s bowels.

Urophilia aka. Urolagnia, Undisim. The desire to pee on someone or be peed on.

Necrophilia or Necrolagnia or Thanatophilia

The desire to fornicate with the deceased
This goes way back in history and is apparently more common then you’d think. As for how many people actually do fornicate with the dead I have no idea.

Podophilia or Aretifism

A fascination with feet
Feet have always been appreciated in history, but it is in the last 200 years or so that people have developed an actual fetish for them. Approximately 1 in 100 men are podophilias, and are often ashamed of it. It generally includes looking at feet, touching feet, sucking on toes, licking feet, etc.

Inanimate Objects Fetishes

Hierophilia or Theophilia

The desire to be sinful with unsinful things
Many people think this is an attempt to be blasphemous. However, that is not the case, these people are usually devoted to their faith. The objects are usually upheld as unearthly and godly, so it becomes natural to use that to stimulate the psyche for reproduction. Some people do find this to be a source of shame after having done it though.

Plushophilia or Pediophilia

The sexual attraction to soft and cuddly toys
From when we were kids we played with stuffed toys. They became our friends, our confidants and regardless of what happened they were always there for us. Some people have taken this relationship to the next level. Just because someone has a lot of stuffed animals does not mean they are a plushophilia though. This hasn’t been overly researched, and why would they? It isn’t hurting anyone.

Flora and Fauna Fetishes

Dendrophilia or Arborphilia or Phytophilia

The sexual attraction to trees, shrubs, bushes, etc.
So you like your tree…a lot. There are people out there that would prefer to have a tree as a spouse then a person. Some people will talk to their trees, read to them, whisper sweet nothings and make love to them. Some of the risks (besides being embarrassed if you’re caught) are sap, chafing, splinters, insects, etc.

Zoophilia

The desire to have sex with animals
Zoophilia is the sexual and romantic love of animals. This is also called bestiality and is usually illegal. And it is more popular then you think, just google it.

Doraphilia

The sexual attraction to the hide or coat of an animal
Some people are very attracted to fur, going beyond the love of a fur coat. Doraphilia is not the enjoyment of wearing a fur coat. It becomes a part of sex, usually rubbed or worn during the act or is the focus of the sexual act.

Costumes and Make Believe Fetishes

Fursuit Fetish

The desire to have sex dressed up as animals
Some people like to dress up as animals and have sex. There are often conventions or gatherings where people can meet in their costumes and have sex. Just to note, apparently the costumes are expensive and quite hot inside and have strategically placed holes. This sometimes evolves from Plushophilia (see above).

Ponyplay or Ponism or Petplay

The desire to be treated like an animal
Some people want to be treated like animals, they want to be given orders, fed, groomed, and be the submissive. There are different roles in Ponyplay. One is to be the horse the “riding pony”, this person allows the other person to ride them like a horse. A “cart pony” is someone who acts as a horse and pulls the other person around in a small riding cart. The “show pony” acts as a horse who is groomed and given commands. Safety is very important, especially if the “pony” is smaller then the “owner”. Make sure you have a safe word and practise before you go all out.
